Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit and no card. You get every block type, unlimited links, a profile picture, the ten capture templates and a week of analytics. Teasers keeps 5% of anything you sell on Free.
What does the 0% fee on Pro mean?
Tips, product sales and paid requests go straight to your own Stripe account, and Teasers takes nothing on Pro or Studio. Stripe's own card fee applies on every plan. Other link-in-bio tools keep 9 to 12% of sales on their cheaper plans.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for twelve months up front at about 20% less than paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your pages stay online on the free plan, the Pro features pause, and everything comes back exactly as it was when you renew. We email you before a plan ends.
I manage several creators. Which plan is for me?
Studio. It gives you five sites, five custom domains, a team with roles and one screen for everyone's numbers. Need more sites? Extra sites are $8 a month each.
Which time zone are my numbers in?
Yours. Every organisation has its own time zone - a new one starts in your browser's - and analytics days, "today", the click log, exports, scheduled blocks, countdowns and the weekly digest all follow it. Change it any time in settings and the last 90 days are recounted in the new zone.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Studio. Connect it in a few clicks, and if your domain is on Cloudflare the records are filled in for you. The certificate is issued automatically.
