Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Teasers at tease.rs(the “service”), provided by Teasers. By creating an account or publishing a page you agree to them. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

1. Accounts

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep that mailbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite into your organisation.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

2. Your content

You keep every right to the text, images, videos and links you publish. You grant us the licence needed to host, store, display and deliver them to visitors of your page, and to render previews such as share images and thumbnails. That licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies in backups that expire in the ordinary course.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including people’s likenesses and music.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that exploits or endangers minors;
• deceive visitors: phishing, impersonating a person or brand, fake countdowns for offers that do not exist, or misleading claims;
• distribute malware, or link to it;
• send spam, or collect leads without a lawful basis and a clear purpose;
• probe, overload or interfere with the service or other customers’ pages.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

4. Addresses and domains

• A page address (tease.rs/name) is allocated to your organisation while it is in use. It is not property. We may reclaim an address that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or belongs to an organisation that has been deleted.
• You may connect a domain you own. You keep control of its DNS; we obtain and renew the certificate for it. Disconnecting the domain stops it resolving to your page.

5. Visitor data and leads

We show you analytics about your page and store the details visitors submit through your forms. For that data you are the controller and we are your processor: you decide why it is collected and must have a lawful basis for it, honour visitors’ requests about it, and not use it for purposes the visitor would not expect. Our privacy policy describes what is collected.

6. The service

• We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, provider outages and attacks can interrupt it.
• We may change features, limits and prices. Changes that reduce what you have paid for take effect at the next renewal.
• The service is provided as is, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Teasers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue or lost data arising from the service, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your organisation at any time from its settings, which deletes its pages, uploads, leads and analytics. We may end the agreement on notice if you break these terms, or on 30 days’ notice for any reason, in which case you can export your data first.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes are announced to account holders by email at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
